For the purpose of ensuring that Anothereidos R remains a safe environment for users to enjoy and to foster creativity and social media interaction, our company Habbit Co.,Ltd (hereinafter “Habbit”) has decided to disclose our “Guidelines Regarding the Use of Anothereidos of Dragon vein R Copyrighted Material” (hereinafter “Copyright Guidelines.”

1. Regarding the Use of Copyrighted Material

The acts of copying, importing, tracing, or use of Habbit’s copyrighted material (which includes but is not exclusive to in-game images, image data, in-game scenario text, background music, sound data such as sound effects, etc. which Habbit has produced) in a way which exceeds fair use and is determined by Habbit to not constitute originality on the part of the user are strictly prohibited.

Likewise, the use of translated text into any language is strictly prohibited.

However, the referencing of images, storyline, and settings found in Anothereidos R for the basis of creating one’s own novelizations, illustrations, and such while citing in-game scenarios is not to be prohibited. For such matters, please reference “Regarding Fanfiction” below.

■ Regarding Anothereidos R’s Logo

The direct use of Anothereidos R’s logo or use any look-alike logo is strictly prohibited.
Additionally, the use of designs and/or packaging, whether identical or look-likes to those used for Anothereidos R or related merchandise is strictly prohibited.

2. Regarding Fanfiction/Derivatives

Habbit shall not invoke its copyright privileges over fanfiction/derivatives based on Anothereidos R created by its users so long as said activity does not exceed personal entertainment.

Additionally, provided that the user complies with not committing any of the prohibited actions listed in these Guidelines or those enumerated below, the user need not seek permission from Habbit to create fanfiction/derivatives.

■ Prohibited Actions Regarding Fanfiction/Derivatives

• Regardless of whether or not there is compensation involved, the creation of fanfiction/derivatives deemed to be highly related to one’s business affairs with the intention to profit.
• Content which may tarnish the reputation and/or image of Habbit employees and its interested parties as well as Anothereidos R itself.
• Feigning to be an official outlet or Habbit authorized outlet and/or interested party of Habbit.
• The act of creating tutorial data or use of Habbit in-game assets for use in generative AI modeling via one’s own programs, software, or search engine.
• Any criminal act and/or the promoting of such activity, including but not excluded to acts which violate local ordinances or which may bring about societal harm.
• Any act which infringes or which may be perceived as infringing whatsoever on the rights of Habbit and its third parties.
• Any discriminatory, inflammatory, or offensive act or content towards Habbit and its third parties.
• Any and all situations Habbit deems as inappropriate.

We ask that the announcing or releasing of fanfiction or derivatives of Anothereidos be done so upon taking full responsibility of one’s own actions in adherence to these Guidelines as well as those provided by the Terms of Use the user agrees to with the platform used to announce/release their work.

3. The Releasing of Screeshots and Streaming of Game Footage

Users may freely post in-game screen captures as well as (live) game footage of Anothereidos R onto social media/video sharing platforms upon adhering to these Guidelines.

■ Prohibited Actions Regarding the Releasing of Screenshots and Streaming of Game Footage

• Any use through means which Habbit does not recognize the user’s originality.
• The act of selling for profit or benefiting from the posting of videos and screenshots.
• Content which may tarnish the reputation and/or image of Habbit employees and its interested parties as well as Anothereidos R itself.
• Feigning to be an official outlet or Habbit authorized outlet and/or interested party of Habbit.
• The act of creating tutorial data or use of images/footage recorded from in-game material for use in generative AI modeling via one’s own programs, software, or search engine.
• Any act which infringes or which may be perceived as infringing whatsoever on the rights of Habbit and its third parties.
• Any discriminatory, inflammatory, or offensive act or content towards Habbit and its third parties.
• Any and all situations Habbit deems as inappropriate.

4. Additional Disclaimers

• Habbit reserves the right to modify these Guidelines without prior warning. When utilizing/broadcasting Habbit copyrighted material, please do so by first reviewing the latest edition of these Guidelines
• Even if the use of Habbit coyprighted material meets the requirements laid out in these Guidelines, in the event that Habbit invokes its copyright protections and deems your usage to be improper, under its own rational determination over, Habbit may ask that you alter your usage of said material to be in conformance.
• Furthermore, Habbit reserves the right to withhold from individually commenting on inquires regarding these Guidelines.
• Habbit shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damages incurred by any individual or third-party from the acts of announcing and/or releasing of fanfiction/derivatives as described in these Guidelines.
• Habbit shall also bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damages incurred due to changes made to these Guidlines.We ask that all individuals fully acknowledge this.
